ROLE SUMMARY (Local to Everett Only)
I am the all-in founder and inception architect of a system with technical weight, business value, and transformative potential in governance, workflow, middleware, and operational meaning. I am thoroughly committed to this project; your pay comes from my personal savings.
This is not vaporware. This is not vibe coding. This is not a game or a toy. This is not “another app.” This is business infrastructure.
I do NOT need a developer; the development is mostly done. I NEED a Technical Operations Assistant, in close proximity to me, capable of in-person work, operational discipline, and emotional resilience.
This is an old-fashioned garage-band startup opportunity. You are going to get us across the finish line from prototype to the demonstrable product which will justify the application for investment funds.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
GitHub operations (no drift, no chaos, no improvisation), IP and patent paperwork (admin, filings, tracking), safe and secure and redundant file system discipline (order, naming integrity, everything where it belongs), tracking file paths in scripts exactly as directed, managing Docker containers cleanly and consistently, maintaining written documentation, weekly in-person review sessions, remaining steady during emotional turbulence (mine).
If you fold, panic, get offended, or shut down when the founder is overloaded, you will not survive this job.
YOU MUST:
Protect confidentiality and maintain tight operational boundaries, live locally (Everett, Malden, Revere, Chelsea) and be able to meet face-to-face, follow detailed instructions exactly, keep things clean, organized, and documented, maintain emotional composure, understand that this project relates to infrastructure, and has strong commercial potential.
You must possess mostly admin experience but knowledge of what a script is. (Understanding Docker and what client/server architecture means will be VERY helpful but is not strictly essential)
YOU ARE NOT:
A developer, an engineer, a strategist, someone who improvises, someone who adds ideas, someone who introduces drift. I already have the architecture; you run the operational discipline.
